Our weight loss challenges are the perfect way to jump-start your progress and stay motivated. Designed to be affordable and accessible, you don’t need to be a Club Fitness member—or even belong to a gym—to participate! You can follow your own fitness routine while enjoying the benefits of weekly accountability through our easy-to-use system.

While our hands-off approach keeps things flexible and budget-friendly, we’re always here to support you with advice and motivation whenever you need it.

On your booked starting day, you come into Club Fitness to weigh yourself on our scales, and then you do a 3D body scan on our high-tech machine

Each week you will receive an email saying it is time to log your weight into our challenge porta

From home, you then send in your weight each week using the challenge portal, and upload a photo of the number on the scales. If you are a gym member, you can go into the gym to weigh in each week

You can access the leaderboard for the challenge in the portal. This only shows the top 10-30 people, we do not want people down the list to feel bad (not that they should!) You can choose your own profile picture.

If you have entered with a group of friends, or workplace, you can have your own leaderboard for your group - this leaderboard is private to your team

The dashboard then gives you access to various stats about the group like weight lost to date, average weight of participants and your own progress metrics

The dashboard also gives your graphs on your own performance, and the rest of the particpants

In your profile, you can set up external accountability partners to receive your weekly weigh-in email. You can choose if you want your accountability partner to see your weight, or just the difference from the last weigh in

The last week of the challenge, you head back in to do your final 3D scan, and weigh yourself on our scales. This Fit3D scan report will give your comparisons for your measurements and body fat etc

No, all leaderboards are designed to only show the difference, we never publish your actual weight anywhere.

No way! We do not take before photos, but encourage you to do so. Any photos we’ve shared have been given to us with permission to share. We would never share something like that without asking.v
